What does the term "Stackable" mean and what is the "Non-Stackable"?

If an incentive is categorized as "Stackable", it can be combined with one or more other incentives.
For example, a "Stackable" credit of $1000.00 can be combined with a zero percent lease incentive.
On the other hand a "Non-Stackable" incentive cannot be combined with a finance or lease incentive.
