After selecting the style, I see a picture, but no options or continue button, what should I do?

If you cannot see the list of factory installed options or the Continue button, you might need to adjust the resolution of your display. Our web site must be viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 X 768.

In Microsoft Windows you can adjust this setting by going to your Control Panel, and opening the Display Properties applet, then click on the Settings tab. Now move the slider to at least 1024 X 768. You will have to click OK several times.

On a Mac you can adjust your settings from the System Preferences application. Open the Displays applet, then ensure you select at least 1024 X 768 in the resolution section.
