Problem:

 Solution:

1. Click Edit in the Netscape menu bar

2. Click on Preferences

3. Double click on Privacy & Security

4. Click on Cookies

5. Click on the Cookie Manger button

6. In the Cookie Manager window, select Cookies Sites  tab

7. Type in start.chromecarbook.com in the blank field

8. Then Click the Allow  button to add the site

9. Click on the Close button to close the Cookie Manager window

10. Click OK to close the preferences window

11. Close the Netscape browser and open the browser again
    
    It is advisable to restart your computer after making these adjustments.
