His product knowledge was superior. He took time to not only show us the features on the new car, he took the time to let us try the features after he domonstrated them to us. Look at the figures carefully. One dealer used the rebates on the retail to make it look like your were getting a deal. Get the prices broken down into car-options price so that you can compare them directly to the Car Cost Canada report. Shop around. Dont take the first offer. Often times when the salesmen thinks the deal is slipping away they will magically find some additional more money to take off or offer for your trade.
