I chose my dealer for location purposes, but would not recommend them at all. I have previously purchased cars from Pfaff Audi, and will be taking my business back there next time. As for the Wholesale Price Report, I was able to show it to the dealer who then disclosed (I'm assuming) all of their cost/pricing information and the dealer immediately dropped the price down to an acceptable level, which included a small profit margin for them.

I USED AN UNSOLICITED (AS A RESULT OF MY CAR COST REPORT, IE INITIATED BY CAR COST) QUOTE FROM A DOWNTOWN DEALERSHIP WHICH THE MARKHAM DEALERSHIP MATCHED, SAVING ME A ONE HOUR TRIP DOWNTOWN. THERE WAS NO NEGOTIATION PROCESS, I ASKED THE DEALER TO MATCH THE QUOTE IF THEY WISHED TO HAVE THE BUSINESS AND THEY DID. PERHAPS A LOWER PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN NEGOTIATED BUT, THE MARK-UP OVER DEALER COST WAS ONLY 3%.

First I tried to buy a used vehicle from this dealer but we (his manager) have not agreed on the price. I then went to him with CCC report for a new car and managed to get what I consider a good discount off MSRP. Dealer was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Michael to others.
