I have had my old car (a Toyota Matrix 2005) for 12 years. Honestly, I was putting off the purchase of a new car because I was fearing the stressful, almost painful experience of the PRESSURE a lot of sales persons subject their customers to in order to convince them that their product is the best. There are also those who will talk so fast that it will make your head spin and they DO NOT LISTEN to their customer... NOT SO at Oakville Nissan. The advisor/salesman ( SAZ ISLAMI ) whom we dealt with at Oakville Nissan was very pleasant . He put us ( my wife and I ) at ease right away; listening to our concerns, answering all our questions and even offering some intelligent and creative ideas which we had not even considered. And all that without any pressure whatsoever.... The same applies for Janel Hernandez who informed us of the different add-ons we could purchase such as rust proofing and paint protection etc. Again without any pressure.. We enjoyed our experience so much that we will gladly recommend that our friends and family contact Saz at Oakville Nissan if they are considering purchasing a new car. A rating of 10/10 .

Our salesperson was great however we had more issues with the finance person. She was confused, missed things, complicated some of payment issues and the transfer of sale took longer then expected but in the end everything worked out ok.
