Buying a 2011 Kia Rondo, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
I chose this dealer strictly from a convenience factor and they gave me a good price. The dealership process itself was terrible. It is all 20-30 year old guys working and it seems like just a big frat party in there at all times.
Everyone has studied the car salesman book, right down to the "what will it take you to get you in the car right now".
On the first visit to the dealer, one of the salesman was so upset that I didn't have time to go for a drive, that I just wanted to see it up close, he told me that if I didn't go for a drive than the sales manager was going to yell at him. (Not my problem)
Again, good pricing, generally bad experience overall.
