When we bought our 2016, the sales reps and managers were all easy to deal with. When we needed to replace our NX in 2017 due to a total loss accident, the sales rep was good but the managers were very difficult, condescending, and tried to take advantage of our situation. The managers we dealt with in 2017 have since left, so we would consider returning and requesting the managers who worked with us in 2016. The second experience is the reason for the lower rating. If just based on our first visit, we would have given 9 stars.
