They were not really interested in discounting a discount due to the vehicle shortage. They gave us $1,000 loyalty discount because we had previously purchased two other vehicles there.

Salepersons had misconception that Carcost suggested markup/commission was less that (3%) not the actual (3%-5%) suggested by Carcost. Final purchase price was ~ 4% markuo as suggested by Carcost website.
