Leasing a 2013 Subaru Outback, and saving $2000 off of MSRP.
I have never been a good negotiator at all when buying a vehicle. The report gave me tools that gave me confidence and knowledge which I feelt I used to good benefit. I definitely will be using Car Cost in the future.
I chose the Subaru because after all my research I felt this vehicle had the quality and features I was looking for. I chose my dealer because it is in my town and I had been talking to the sales rep off and on for the past year.

Dealer close to home. Manufacturer year end rebate. Dealer Discount. 4WD station wagon that was fuel efficient.

Buying a 2010 Subaru Legacy, and saving $1500 off of MSRP.
I simply added 6% to the wholesale price on the Wholesale Price report and the dealer agreed to my price. I also credit buying the car in February as the dealer really wanted to make the sale. Unlike many car companies, Subaru are selling their new models almost as fast as they arrive and therefore are not easily persuaded to reduce their MSRP. The Wholesale Price Report really worked for me.

Buying a 2009 Subaru Outback, and saving $5000 off of MSRP.
I participated in the Subaru 5000 dollar buy savings. Subaru has come forth with this deal to keep Canadians in Canada. With the 5000 dollar savings, I was under the invoice price listed by over 1000 dollars. Great car, great deal and I did not have to travel to the United States.
