We were very upfront about the fact that we had the invoice pricing and went from there. I think that the dealer pretty much took its 8% profit margin and cut it in half.

At the time that Japanese car inventory was really limited because of that earthquake and even the recommended dealer from CarCostCanada rejected my request, Acura2000 provided the exact trim and color of TSX that I was looking for with a reasonable discount. Although the time was not perfect for negotiation Raj provided me a catching offer based on the CarCostCanada report.
