Very smooth transaction. Car Cost Canada report provided the info I needed. All I had to do was present the report before the negotiation and there was no push back from the dealer regarding that price. We ended up negotiating the dealer price + 1%.

Having your Car Cost Canada invoice in hand gets the attention of the senior sales manager/fleet sales manager, even if they were not the Car Cost Canada contact. I got first rate service and was well treated. I got my 2012 Kia Forte EX from Kia of Brampton, NOT from Airport Kia. The dealer placed the car aside for me for over two weeks while I looked around at other dealers.
