Buying a 2024 Mazda CX-90 MHEV, and saving $0 off of MSRP.
The dealer made you purchase tire and key protection - hard sell for other protection products. Finance was to be under business only. The finance person said there was no way and asked me to put in a personal application. I told them to only use the business to finance - apparently, the loan person used my app regardless - my business and personal have perfect credit - no need to have a personal liability. Will be paying off the vehicle by the end of the year as a result. The dealer lost ownership of my vehicle within 10 minutes - never found it then tried to trick me into paying to have it replaced. When picking up the new vehicle, they lost the keys to my trade-in and blamed it on me. They found them at the reception desk which I was never near. The CX-90 has some serious and dangerous defects - cruise radar can cause a rear-end collision. Driving in the US, Cruise control will not convert properly to miles and send to 145KM PH when you press “RES” for resume. Filed a complaint with Transport Canada. The dealer does not seem interested in fixing it - blamed everything on me for having a dash cam. Mazda Canada says I must deal with the dealer. I already know of one person who was authorized by Mazda Canada to buy back their vehicle.
