Dealer recommended by CCC. Courteous, spent numerous hours explaining options and testing different models. Not pushy at all. Clean dealership, not gimmicky. Appointment times were honoured. Multiple people assisted in the sale. A pleasant experience. A 10 rating could have been offered, however, Kia corp. has not updated their website to the new restricted options one has to choose from.
