Communications with respect to pre-purchase were very good. After the deal was made, communications dropped off precipitously to the point where we had to contact the sales manager to get answers to our concerns about when the car would be delivered. Since the purchase, no one from the dealership has made contact with us about our satisfaction with their product. At this point, 4 months later, on a purchase worth over $88,000 when all is said and done, it is a little late in the game. Otherwise, the vehicle is great!

Bel-Air Lexus was very willing to sell for a reasonable markup over cost but below MSRP. Other Lexus dealerships were not negotiating and blamed the pandemic.

In case you buy Lexus, try to stay away from Tony Graham Lexus in Ottawa. They will not treat you very nicely, and very obstinate to negotiation.
