Buying a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
The vehicle was purchased at the Dealer Cost price. It was nice to know that the dealer was playing fair and being up front. He did tell us that they were content to make the sale with their dealer incentives allowing their margin of profit.

Buying a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, and saving $500 off of MSRP.
ALTHOUGH I HAVE SAID PRICE SAVING $0 T 500, I WOULD NOT LIKE TO DISCLOSE THE EXACT SAVINGS. (SORRY, BUT I HAVE PROMISED THE DEALERSHIP NOT TO).
check with 3 to 4 dealers and negotiate the prices with the dealer of your choice. leave some reasonable margin for the dealers to survive and give service the next time you land up to buy a new car.

Buying a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, and saving $2500 off of MSRP.
It's great to go into the dealer armed with info on their pricing. It really makes the whole negotiating process short and sweet.
Leasing a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, and saving $1500 off of MSRP.
Given the high consumer demand for Jeep Wranglers, don't expect to pay 2 or 3% above dealer invoice. I'm paying $900 above invoice, but this is still a substantial saving. Note that Peel Chrysler Jeep will NOT sell a Wrangler to you at invoice price (despite the information made on the CarCost Canada wholesale reports).
