Buying a 2020 Ford F-150, and saving $750 off of MSRP.
On the day I scheduled delivery of my car, the Ford salesperson added his fee on top of the agreed-upon selling price. I reluctantly paid for it. Very unethical sales practice.

I had a great experience with the dealer and didn't need the Car Cost Canada report for the purchase

We are very pleased with Ford's new line of vehicles. Clearly they have changed much over the years and have really listened to feedback from customers and the market. We have found that the new Ford vehicles offer innovative technology, quality, and value that surpasses its competition. Their slogan "Drive One" couldn't be better said. At the very least "Test Drive One" to see for yourself. Our previous car purchases were typically Japanese and European. Our Ford Fiesta is the 2nd Ford vehicle in our family. Our next vehicle will also be Ford and we look forward to it. We were directed to Greg Crothers at Hallmark Ford through CarCost and were very pleased with how we were treated and served. Excellent experience.

Use the CarCost contact at the dealership - no haggling, right to bottom line and cost for vehicle. Know the vehicle you want and the additional options as well as what you'll pay and see what available. Your position strongest with a more common vehicle that is in dealers' inventories.

Dealer knew to expect only 3-6% offer over Dealer Invoice so there was little to no negotiating. He came in closer to 3%. With that, $3k rebate from Ford and $1K off from Costco it was a no brainer to buy.
