It was painless, quick, extremely easy, the manager called me & told me to come over & sign some paperwork, he was not pleased by the way I purchased my SUV, because I saved a lot of $, without going through all the hassle of playing mind games with the salesman. I recommended this to all my friends, & I would do this again if purchasing a new vehicle
