Dealer Information

My parents bought the car after their second visit. During the first visit, Garrett was very patient and pleasant. He showed them the options, took them to a quiet area where they could familiarize themselves with the vehicles and provided relevant information, all without pressure. My parents didn't have a sense of what the best pricing would be. I was able to show them the dealer invoice report. On their second trip, they were better equipped with this information. They seem very pleased with their purchase and recommend Garreth as a salesman.

Knowing dealer invoice price kept expectations realistic which made for easier negotiation. I never told the salesperson that I had dealer invoice pricing. Salesperson gave me $1300 off list, but then charged $395 for pre-delivery expense on top of $1450 frieght for net saving of $900+. Chose 2012 Kia Rio 5 door EX w/UVO with a 10 year comprehensive warranty ($2,000) as seemed best bang for the buck. Would have liked EX Luxury, but late availability.
