Koch Ford honored my preferred pricing through my employer with transparency, while other dealers would not honor the full 2% above invoice cost and explained they can sell full MRSP in today markets. I was very happy to be able to verify the pricing through CarCostCanada.

Dealer was aware that I had a wholesale price report and they immediately quoted me a reasonable price. There was no need for tedious negotiations and I knew that I got a fair deal.

Car is very limited. We purchased a 1st Edition Mach E, which could have sold for $20,000 to $40,000 above the MSRP, but Koch respected the window sticker price and sold us the vehicle at that price. We saved money still as Koch had done a ceramic coat and 3M on the car and never charged us for this. Jeremy Koch is extremely personable and great person to talk with and he expects his sales team to be the same. Great overall impression of this dealership

Koch was one of the best experiences I've had when buying a vehicle. We don't live in Edmonton so I initially started out with the internet sales team. Once we negotiated a price for my trade I made the 5 hour trip to the dealership worried something would not go as planned but the whole staff team was great and my family was taken care of the moment we stepped in the dealership. Top notch customer service, ill be dealing with them again.

Dealing with Brent was easy. He went to bat for me to get me what I wanted for my trade in. Blackbook, less $1,500 reconditioning (retail). I did everything over the phone except for the actual signing of documents. Ford had their employee price event so the CCC report was the exact price I got. I also got them to waive the Documentation fee with little trouble! Shelly in the finance area was knowledgable and nice. No presure to accept the protection package - but that made me order some other things from her to make my Ranger mine. :) Overall it was a great, pressure free, actually an enjoyable experience.

The dealer contacted me after I requested a Carcost quote. He indicated how the process would work and I found him to be true to his word. The amount the dealer was asking for was right on with CarCost recommendation at slightly less than 3 %. The negotation was easy and pleasant, without the normal gamesmenship.
