Buying a 2011 GMC Terrain, and saving $3000 off of MSRP.
chose your car, do some research about the vehicle and go carcost website built your car and stick with the wholesale of report in your negotiation. If you have a trade in be sure to get the trade in value in the black book of canada and stick with your bottom price. My trade in was from $1,170.00 to $3,370.00 and I stick with the price of $3,000.00 and I stick with it. They gave in. so be firm stick with your price in mind and go to other dealer if you didn''''''''t get it in one dealer. Good luck.
Buying a 2011 Buick LaCrosse, and saving $1000 off of MSRP.
Liked the int & ext styling of vehicle. This dealer was offering max discount. WPR was helpful b''cos it gives u a starting point & I even used WPR of competing models that were selling at a bigger discount.
Buying a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500, and saving $5000 off of MSRP.
I chose to close my purchase with Leggat over John Bear based on better customer service and they were easy to negotiate with. I delt with the new car sales manager and produced 4 different variations of the wholesale price report. Each time that I suggested what I wanted they were unable to find the exact description hence i required more reports, so with the wholesale price report it allowed me to match what they found for me and I was able to keep their mark up in check 3.5% above dealer cost.
Buying a 2009 Buick Enclave, and saving $10000 off of MSRP.
Make sure that you create an exact profile for the car that you are searching. Don''t be shy to go to the dealer to test drive a few to get a feel for the vehicle and a price point that you comfortable with. Get a quote and go home to crunch the numbers. I am pretty sure that my dealer charged me 2% above dealer cost. The offer was actually less than I calculated. You will feel confident going back if you want to buy or lease. make sure you consider the warranty and extended warranty options. I purchased extended warranty ( 72 month/160k) in addition to the 48 month 80k that came with the vehicle. It is a good time to buy right now!

Buying a 2008 Buick Enclave, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
I was a serious and very informed customer regarding the Buick Enclave. We had been at the dealership in person for a few times and had some phone calls and email trails. So when we approached and made the offer M.Carter the sales rep knew we were serious. We offered 3% over wholesale and received 3.5% over wholesale price, which was over 3500.00. My buying experience was pleasurable and not at all frustrating which we have experienced in the past. The CarCost report has been most helpful and I will definitely share this hidden gem with others!
