Dealer has a reputation of offering excellent service to it's custumers. Car cost came in handy especially in comparing other vehicles to the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon.
We have been searching for a vehicle for about 12 months. Test drove Acura MDX, Equinox, Murano LE, Audi Q5, Buick Enclave, Buick Lacrosse (only car on the list which impressed us)and then our rep brought out the Cadillac CTS. We both got hooked on the CTS. We liked the sporty feel and Chose the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon. This was perfect for us and our two Golden Retrievers.
Love the vehicle. It's sharp looking, agile and since we loaded it up with all the bells and whistles it makes the whole driving experience really fun.

Deno Pappas was very straightforward and no b.s. to deal with. I did a test drive and then all other negotiations via email. I offered Invoice plus 4% and told them it was based on CarCostCanada pricing. He asked to see my figures, which I sent him, and we settled on invoice plus 5%. Deno was great throughout the whole process.
