Still waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Placed a deposit in July and still waiting. The wait is understandable but the reason for the low rating is the lack of communication/contact or follow-up from the dealer in the interim.

Knowing the invoice price saved time negotiating and gave me a reasonable reduction from the MSRP even though these vehicles seemed to be in great demand. It also got me a reasonable reduction on the accessories I purchased. Overall, with the manufacturer incentives I saved north of 15k on this vehicle. I didn’t do any trade for this deal as well. As a side note, I was also negotiating with another dealership in Sydney NS who continually blew me off over a few months while I was trying to negotiate with them. They didn’t even give me a price on a vehicle and we’re not very forthright in their dealings with me. So I am very satisfied with my interactions with the dealership I made my purchase from.

I chose to buy a Chevrolet because they had the most factory to dealer incentives and having the wholesale price report allowed me to negotiate a great deal.
