Buying a 2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and saving $7000 off of MSRP.
We checked out 2012 Mercedes C350, BMW 335i, Infiniti G37X and Volvo S60. As a previous owner of a BMW 330xi, I had been leaning towards the 335i, however I liked the Mercedes C350 almost as much, and was able to swing an amazing deal on it. Negotiations were helped tremendously by mentioning Car Cost Canada wholesale numbers, and by knowing the details about available incentives.
Back in 2006 when I bought my BMW, I tried to check out the Mercedes C class, but back then this dealership sucked the big one, and they treated me like a tire kicker. There has been a generational change in ownership, and the new ownership appears to have changed the philosophy completely, and I find this dealership to be wonderful to work with. They don't employ any high pressure sales tactics, and they appear to be genuinely interested in having satisfied customers. We also bought my wifes B200T from them in 2011, and all of our experiences with them have been exceptionally positive. I would highly recommend them.
I would never think of buying a new car without the information available from Car Cost Canada. I have used it for the last 3 cars we've bought, and the savings are very real, and very substantial. Trying to negotiate without it is like going to a gun fight with a water pistol when your opponent is armed with an Uzi.

Buying a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, and saving $3000 off of MSRP.
First only Mercedes dealer in Winnipeg. I dealt with the business mgr. Using the wholesale cost and knowing black book on my trade in allowed me to know what I was going to pay before. In the end we were $500 apart from my original price before I went in. The dealer added something they call pro Pack which is paint sealent and a bunch of other stuff, they say is worth $1200,I think it may be worth $500. Normally I would not buy this add-on. Also up front I made him aware there would be no added admin.-Documentation fee or whatever they call it. Overall my experience was great and the pricing info from car cost I believe saved a few thousand.
