Our interactions with the salesperson left us feeling unsatisfied. He responded by making the barest of efforts. He made no effort to obtain any positive feedback. The fact that this was the nearest dealership to my sister, who lives out of town, is the sole reason a transaction was made. He also had the colour and trim we desired, and delivery came the next week. Despite the salesman, my sister chose it since she thought it was the simplest. If that had been me, I would have happily and easily walked. There is nowhere I would feel comfortable spending money there.

There were some mistakes made in regards to provincial inspections which caused delays of a few days, but they did their best to make up for it, and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Sales folks were very helpful with no high pressure tactics. Finance Manager was excellent.

Advised Sales Rep and the Sales Mgr up front and showed them the sheets.. then the pricing got fast and furious.. no BS
