The salesman Kia was helpful and considerate with my wife setting up and explaining vehicle and options. As well we had a positive experience with everyone else we dealt with. With our car cost report we felt we got a fair price

We bought a 2012 Sorento EX for $1000 over dealer cost. We also paid a $395 finance fee and a $395 paperwork fee. The fees are lower here then the other Kia dealerships I called(Applewood and Vancouver). Wayne at NS Kia was very friendly and had no problem honouring the Carcost price that was sent to me by email. I was initially sent an email by CarCost to talk to someone at Applewood Kia to get the deal but they had higher fees than North Shore Kia so I went to them instead. The dealer also gave me a rubber cargo mat for the back and dealer price for rain screens installed on the doors. Very happy with our car buying experience.

Do not use the report up front initially.. get your best deal.. walk away.. and then come back with the report and start your second set of negotiations
