Buying a 2010 GMC Sierra 1500, and saving $10000 off of MSRP.
Locate a dealer/salesman that will honour this pricing and stick with them.

Local dealer, had vehicle close to what I was looking for, new retail to wholesale difference from using system, knew incentives available, and markup range to use in negotiating.

Best time to buy in history. I actually saved $13000 from retail with incentives and the Car Cost Canada pricing. You guys need to raise you retail savings drop down list to a higher number. Thank-you.

Leasing a 2009 Pontiac Vibe, and saving $1500 off of MSRP.
The 2009 Vibe is an excellent vehicle with the 2.4L engine and 5spd automatic transmission. It drives smoothly and quietly and with plenty of power. Thaddaeus at Petersen Pontiac was helpful for several months of email correspondence. Petersen's was overall a decent experience, though the finance manager Heather did not make the leasing process very clear or understandable. Though Thaddaeus and I were able to negotiate a good selling price based on the Wholesale Price Report, the confusing and rushed-feeling leasing process left me unsure of whether I walked away with the best deal I could get. Be sure to check your numbers carefully before you finish the deal.

Buying a 2008 Pontiac G5, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
I went into the dealer disclosing the fact that I had the wholesale price report and would be willing to pay wholesale plus 5% and no more. The dealership I had visited previously tried to dance around this and the vehicle would have ended up costing more than the 5%.
