Buying a 2013 Mazda CX-5, and saving $1500 off of MSRP.
I chose this dealer for two reasons: (1) they offered exceptional obligation-free service during the entire shopping and purchase process. At no time did I get pressure from the rep or manager in regards to buying. The people at Spinelli Mazda were extremely friendly and always left the ball in my court in regards to when I was ready to buy. I also dealt with a few other Mazda dealerships who were more "aggressive" in their sales tactics with constant call backs. (2) The second reason is price. Spinelli Mazda was able to offer 4% on top of the invoice price for a high demand car. This was the best price I received from all the dealership in Montreal. I confirmed this by also using unhaggle.com. The price that I received from CCC was lower than the unhaggle price. Upon speaking with the recommended manager, I was able to get the price with no fuss.

Of course make sure you see what the dealer will offer you first and find out what the individual dealer incentives are. Compare it to your carcost report. Do not rush into the purchase (make the dealer desperate). Shop around.
