Not much room to bargain with such a car, but it helped assess seller's honesty.

First: The Welcome! Atmosphere: calm, relaxed, I would almost say hushed; Show room: huge, all models/options shown; Inventory: about 1200 véhicules Second: The Sales representative Carl-André was very well dressed (as were all other sales representatives--dark suits and ties) extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, calm, put no pressure whatsoever: never tried to sell us a vehicle, simply showed us what we wanted, gave complete explanations on the model we were interested in and answered all our questions (we had many), and offered a test drive (even though it was almost closure time) in a vehicle offering the very same options we wanted. Third: The expert appraiser: On site until 9:00pm So we immediately learned the amount we were allotted for our Matrix ''05. The deal completed, Carl-André introduced us to the service director and other members member of the personnel we would deal with afterwards. I had visited two other Subaru dealers before going to Brossard Subaru. A friend of ours told us to visit Carl-André before buying so I had points of comparison relating to personnel attitude and prices. The sales representative was very understanding. Moreover, he gave me the same low prices I had dealt with two previous dealers for accessories + gave me 500$ more for my Toyota Matrix ''05. No wonder Carl-André is among the 10 best Subaru sales representative in Canada. P.S. Before going there, do your homework, visit more than two dealers, have dated estimates printed, so as to have points of comparison and bargaining power. All in all, my wife and I are extremely satisfied.
