Buying a 2023 Honda HR-V, and saving $250 off of MSRP.
The CarCostCanada reports were helpful in comparing the cars that we were interested in. The dealerships are charging MSRPs and other "additional" charges were not at all helpful because there were so few cars available. Basically, there was no negotiation about the price. We needed a car right away. We test-drove the Honda and a Kia Kona. There were no Toyotas available for purchase so we didn't bother test driving. We decided on the Honda HRV and there was ONE available, just one. We appreciated that Dan (salesperson) was honest about it, saying that if we didn't want to buy it at their price, the next person would.

The dealer told me he could charge me whatever he wanted because if I didn’t buy the vehicle he would sell it to someone else right away.

We were very happy working with Ken (and Dan regarding the Car Cost Canada report). Everyone at the Wheaton Honda dealership was great to work with, and so far we have been happy with our new Pilot. The Car Cost Canada report was helpful to give a fair price to start negotiating from, and estimate we saved approximately $2,500 vs. what we would have paid otherwise.

Made purchasing the car pretty painless. I had negotiated at another dealership their "best price" and using Car Cost I was able to get a better price, the dealership had more perks and I felt Wheaton and Daniel were more trustworthy because everything was upfront. I would recommend Car Cost Canada to anyone I know purchasing a new vehicle

The CCC Recommended Dealer was pleasant to work with. There were no pressure or sales tactics when we visited the place. The recommended contacts were not available during our visit so we ended up working with another product advisor. The price quoted to us was readily available, straightforward, without hidden fees or surcharges. The product advisor went above and beyond to assist whenever we had questions, concerns, or car issues after the purchase. Overall, we are very satisfied with the dealership and will consider returning to the same location and the same product advisor in the future if we are interested in a new Toyota vehicle, sale, or trade-in.
