Buying a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, and saving $2000 off of MSRP.
We were contacted right away by another Hyundai dealership after obtaining our quote. This dealer offered an excellent deal which we were prepared to accept. However, we had started with Woodstock Hyundai and thought we should inform them of the deal we had and give them the opportunity to match it. They did! We know that,if it were not for having the information regarding dealer costs and incentives, we would not have gotten the deal we did. I would suggest that you do not hesitate to let the dealer know that you have this information, give them the price that you are willing to pay (they do have to make a bit of profit)and let the decision rest with them. If they are not willing to deal with you, go elsewhere.
