I had a very positive experience at the dealer. Kelvin was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase and any questions we had.

Leasing a 2011 Toyota Highlander, and saving $5000 off of MSRP.
The Highlander has everything that we could hope for. It was stylish, fuel efficient, had a smooth ride, and was a fabulous value compared to similar vehicles. Plus the Toyota brand is known for its quality. Peter at Funk's Toyota was great! He worked his best to find us the vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for and worked hard for us to get the price that we wanted. We saved about $4500 on our Highlander, and knew we got a great deal based on our Car Cost Canada report.

I used the wholesale price report to watch incentives as the year end of the model year approached. Knowing factory rebates was key.

Know your bottom line before going in to shop. Stick with it and be prepared to walk away. If they are sincere in their dealing they will get a hold of you.
Don't be afraid to check with other dealers.
Be realistic about the price, they are in business and deserve a fair margin on the car. Be prepared to pay a higher percentage if the car is very popular as the 2009 Toyota Venza is.
