Dealership and Sales Rep. were top notch. Of course, like all buyers, we would have liked to save even more; however, we believe we received a "fair" deal, in large part thanks to CarCostCanada.

The Car Cost Canada report was useful. I simply opened my folder with the report on top. The salesman immediately offered to split the difference.

We, my wife and I, had been at a Mazda dealer all day trying to get the price on a Mazda3 we wanted and never got it. When we left, we went straight to the Toyota dealer, which was Orleans Toyota and is not in your list but is an offspring (for lack of a better word) of Bel Air Toyota, and got the deal we wanted. It took about 45 minutes to get the deal done versus 8 hours for nothing at the Mazda dealer. One of the prereqisites to get the deal we wanted with Toyota was that the vehicle had to be on the lot. Since we weren't fussy about the colour there was one.
I would recommend Orleans Toyota and I will most likely go back in a couple of weeks when we replace our second car.
The Car Cost Canada pricing was very helpful in our negotiations because we knew that when the dealer was giving us a price he wasn't giving us BS. When he told us he was only making $500 on the car we knew it was true. It gave us a sense that we were not getting screwed over.
