Buying a 2011 Mazda Mazda2, and saving $500 off of MSRP.
Asked a number of dealers for their best price. Some gave me what looked like terrific deals, but they all tried to jack up the price once they had my interest. The West Coast Mazda dealer gave me a competitive price and kept to his word: he did not try to change the offer when I came into the dealer in person. The final cost of the car was slightly below the CarCost Canada recommended price. More importantly I was dealt with honestly and fairly.
