Buying a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback, and saving $2500 off of MSRP.
Bought two new cars. Well the VW Jetta was my son but I helped with the purchase. In the current world with so few new cars on the lots, it is difficult to get a deal below MSRP. Dealers struggle with so few cars to sell. However, I have been a car cost member for 20 years. There was a time when I saved money below MRSP for every purchase. Now the service is just as helpful as some dealers are pricing cars or trucks well above MRSP. For example for the new Jetta for my son, Calgary dealers were inflating pricing as much as $3000 above MRSP due to lack of the cars available. We bought the Jetta in Lethbridge for just a few dollars over MSRP and immediate delivery. For the Honda Civic hatchback I bought for myself, the Airdrie dealer had no fees and these cars were hard to get. They had one on order at the factory which I got in line for. In this case, the Honda dealer shown as the CarCostCanada dealer didn't have one available. Just the same I was happy with my purchase at the local Honda dealer in Airdrie. But they cheaped out on the 3M and I also noticed the VW dealer also did on my son's Jetta. Thanks for your service CarCostCanada. I have bought likely 10 cars or trucks using it. Saved on everyone. Now with so few cars on the lot, it pays to shop out of the city in one resides. Both these cars were brand new cars.

Due to the current inventories facing most dealerships, I found they were not moving much on their pricing. I have used Cost Car Canada to purchase 8 new vehicles since I first became a member. Save a lot of money on everyone but this one and the Mazda we bought a few years ago. Kramer Mazda was that dealer. Kramer was the CarcostCanada Mazda dealer. But all they did was add all the extra costs on the back end. For example, we discussed the deal. Then after that, they added dealer fees and delivery fees. And wouldn't budge off it. So I can say on the Mazda I did not save money using Car Cost Canada. The Honda, I could see they were pretty fair with their price based on what dealer cost was on the car. but I used to buy a new pickup every 3 years and used Cost Cost Canada on several and saved a lot of money. With the chip shortage, these dealers are not getting many cars and so thus I found little movement. Just saying. Would I recommend Cost Car Canada, yes I would! Saved me thousands over the years!!
