We had a bad experience with Downtown Audi because after waiting 7 months for our car to come from Germany (the configuration we wanted was not available off the lot), they sold it to another customer and claimed a typing error was to blame!
They finally ordered another identical car for us from the factory and deducted roughly $4500 after several negotiations with General Manager included. Five more months were required of us.
