Buying a 2019 Toyota Highlander, and saving $250 off of MSRP.
I ended up buying out the lease on my 2019 Highlander because I couldn’t get the salesman to quote me a price on a new Rav4 Hybrid. I asked several times to get a quote with all the information but never received a quote that was inclusive. I even sent him the car cost quote template but he refused to fill it in and just kept sending me emails that were never all-inclusive. He kept saying I needed to come into the dealership. I haven’t done the showroom shakedown in over 15 years. Terrible and frustrating experience. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 2006 and will now consider other options.

The dealer made an error on the pricing and threatened me with a lawsuit when they discovered the error. I'd already had the vehicle for several days and voluntarily went back and paid the difference, not because they threatened me but because it was the right thing to do...I will not return there for service or purchase in the future...
