Buying a 2012 Volkswagen Eos, and saving $2000 off of MSRP.
Vehicle was replacement for an insurance write off. Was second purchase from this dealer. No high pressure sales tactics used. Presented the pricing I was willing to accept and as I was dealing with sales manager the decision was made quickly and painlessly and we were both content with bottom line. I have to say that you use your knowledge but remember be reasonable and leave a suitable margin.
