I chose the dealer since they would be my dealer of choice but I also was able to make the best deal with them. Other dealerships told me that the numbers were not true from the web site and denied the discounts etc that were being offered. Eastern worked with me with the information I had.

I used the report by sending to the Sales Managers of all the local dealerships and asked for best pricing on a factory order. Very easy and a great tool to conduct a friendly competition between dealerships. Best ... and easiest buying experience I've ever had a for a car.

CCC saved me a lot of money, and got me in touch with a dealer that was willing to "cut the games" and treat us honestly and with respect. Your service is an excellent resource and I''m going to tell everyone I know about it! . . . . Robert Grancich at Eastern Chrysler in Winnipeg was VERY open to the Car Cost Canada program. After I received my wholesale report online, Rob called me the next day to introduce himself and invite us to come in. When it came time to discuss the price, the salesman (Richard) who was helping us, brought us into Rob's office. We pulled out our CCC report and he pulled his dealer invoice out of a binder. It was remarkably close! He explained all the terms and some of the numbers (like dealer holdback, etc) and everything he told us was exactly the same info that CCC has on this site. He was completely open and honest about what the dealer price was. Now that we had our starting point, he asked us what we though a fair price would be. I suggested 3% and then he calculated out all the numbers together with us. We all agreed on the price and we signed! It was SO EASY! Rob and the staff at Eastern treated us like gold through the entire process. I had no idea that buying a car could be such a wonderful experience until now! Absolutely 5/5 stars!!!
