They had the wrong car ready for pickup so we had to wait an hour. However they gave us a $100 gas card for the mix up. I wonder next time if getting a car card could be part of the deal. Chris

I only use the CarCost date as a price negotiation reference. I did not hand out the print sheet. The final price is about the invoice price plus 3% dealer fee. I find this dealer is quite reasonable.

After receiving Car Cost information, we went into dealership and took a test drive without leaving any personal information but getting the salesman's card. Decided to buy the car and then offered what we felt was a fair price, "on the road" which included our trade-in and all fees and expenses by EMAIL. The dealership tried to negotiate, but we held firm and after trying to adjust the price up, they accepted our offer. When it came time to sign all papers, they held to the deal and we were very happy. It was the easiest car transaction we have ever done.
