Buying a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
First I did my research with Phil Edmunston''s Lemon-Aid, which referred me to various websites and did ratings. Dealer was the only Hyundai dealer in our small city, but I compared to another in Calgary once I had my dealer cost etc.
Regarding CCC's service, I thought it was good that you responded very quickly to my sign-up on line, and invited me to call. The discussion by telephone was concise, informative, and enabled me proceed immediately. Thank you.
