Always figure out what vehicle you want including options before engaging CCC.
CCC refered me to Downtown Lexus. Sales rep was excellent. Great time savings and cost savings. I have purchased or leased the last 4 vehicles through CCC. Great service for business or consumers.

Wait until end of month as they are very quota-driven to achieve their supplier volume rebates. They are very motivated to make a sale that day, so be prepared when you are ready to buy.
