Buying a 2011 Honda Civic Sdn, and saving $1000 off of MSRP.
To know the wholesale price going into the stealer (dealer) leave's your mind at ease. I could feel comfortable that I was getting a fare price and not expecting too much. Knowledge is a tool towards suscess

Leasing a 2008 Honda Civic Sdn, and saving $1000 off of MSRP.
chose vehicle based on reputation, desireability of vehicle and gas mileage. all huge factors. only honda dealer in the area so that was not a factor, but they took nothing for granted. great sales staff, quick, no bs transaction which i like. used wholesale report for my own reference only in this case to make sure the price, lease rate offer etc. were all "in line" as i had never worked with this dealer before. did not feel a need to pull it out and show the sales rep. i was dealt with fair and square.
Leasing a 2009 Honda Odyssey, and saving $2000 off of MSRP.
I chose this dealer after walking out 3 years prior and going to another dealer who worked a better deal. They remembered me and my sales rep became sales manager at the time. This time he did not let me walk out. I used the report as leverage and gave me the confidence that the dealer could go lower on the price.
