Buying a 2021 Mazda CX-9, and saving $1750 off of MSRP.
The dealership did not know the actual features of the car. I was told that Mazda has the same LKAS as Honda and other cars which is not true in Canada. Also, the dealership finance manager gave wrong information about the $1000 loyalty bonus which I could have gotten provided I had delayed my purchase.
Overall a very bad experience.
