They are typical of all dealers, always trying to grind you on the price, and continuously introducing new "fees" that you have to pay for. Very annoying process.

The dealer (Murray Hyundai Whiterock) was close to our home. The salesman (Gene Levin) was very helpful and upfront about everything. Asked us lots of questions to understand our needs in terms of car size and cost. No pressure sales tactics. I did my research on the car in terms of pricing and incentives and made them a solid offer. They asked where I got my invoice pricing from, and were more than happy to work out a deal based on CCC pricing info. We agreed on a final price within a couple of days. Paperwork and pick up was quick and easy. Would definitely reccommend dealership, and saleman I dealt with.
