Buying a 2024 Honda Odyssey, and saving $5000 off of MSRP.
The purchase transaction was fine, as expected based on previous purchases through CarCostCanada (or APA). However, once the contract was signed, it was like I didn't exist. Phone calls and emails were not returned, not once. Yet, when they wanted something from me such as a decision on selling them my old vehicle or wanting a signature, it felt like pressuring and repeated calling me. As far as them purchasing my used car, I don't feel they were very fair about it. They lowballed the price and pressured me to sell it to them. They said they weren't making any money from the Odyssey sale so they had to try to make it back on my used car price. I inquired to purchase roof racks and snow tires but got no response from anyone.
