Dealers are not negotiating at all as all new cars of our type were ordered and have to be shipped in. Dealers won't even throw in car mats. MSRP is the best that can be done and some dealers charge above MSRP now. Until the low volume of cars changes this seems to be the new reality. Once our car was shipped and had an expected date, our salesman "ghosted" us, only advising that the dealership would be in touch when the car was a week out from delivery and does not answer emails anymore.
