Don't Hesitate to cough up the Car Cost Report, it immediately shut down all the back and forth negotiations. We started at the Wholesale cost, and ended up marking it up 3%, I was satisfied with that. It is a hassle free purchase, I might have been able to get 1% less elsewhere, or started a bidding war, but I was good. Even the dealer said to me they can't offer those prices unless the person pulls out a Car Cost Report.
