There are not enough good things to say about the staff at Sarnia BMW. Simply put they are amazing! Don and Adriano were great to deal with. They answered all my many questions and made the whole buying process very easy and comfortable. All the paperwork and licensing were completed in good time and they even arranged to have my car shipped to my home (3 hours away). But most importantly, the aftercare was amazing. They were quick to deal with any issues I had after delivery and Steve was very helpful in arranging any servicing that was required. Lastly, Jennil (parts manager) was really great to work with. He answered all my parts-related questions and ordered all my BMW aftermarket parts at a great price. He helped me so much in personalizing my BMW....thank you my friend for everything and I enjoyed our conversations. I had such a great experience at Sarnia BMW, that my wife decided to lease her new BMW from there. I had such a personal experience that I felt part of a family. If I didn't live 3 hours away, I would pass by more often just to say hello.
