We like the dealership however we aren’t too impressed with Honda Canada. They sent us an email to prompt us to Sign up for their App « My Garage ». It’s become an impossible task to get the HSF payment amount. We have tried every number on our contract and when we send them an email in response to their email request, they say they can’t associate my husband with the email address. We’re worried that they either don’t want to put too much effort into their customer relations, they aren’t very thorough or, well, I shouldn’t say. Either way, their after-sales services leave a bit to be desired. They’re very efficient at taking your money though and their CRV was not cheap.
